Yet, thanks to an incompetent Arapahoe County judge, he’s been set loose on the streets of Aurora! On November 6, 2025, all charges were dismissed based on a flimsy psychiatric evaluation under Colorado’s idiotic HB24-1034 law!
This reckless legislation—rammed through in July 2024 to clear a pathetic backlog of over 1,000 cases—spits in the face of public safety by mandating the release of unrestorable violent offenders like this creep.
